How will I (the customer) return my product?
In case, you are not satisfied with the received product, you can request for a return. The following simple steps should be followed.
- Log into your axiomlooks.com account
- Go to My Orders
- Click on the “return” option against the item you want to return
- Fill in details as asked and request for a return
Once you request for the return policy, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email, or both. Once the request is approved, you have to make the arrangements for the return by posting the item to the office address. Axiomlooks.com doesn’t send any pick-up executives for return orders.
Why there is no exchange policy?
Axiomlooks.com doesn’t entertain any exchange policy. But, in case, you receive any defective or damaged product, it is our responsibility to replace the item. In case, you are not satisfied with any order, you can request for the return policy. After the quality check at our warehouse, you will get your refund credited within 5 working days.
Why is there no COD in my place?
In case, your address doesn’t belong to our list of COD options, you are not eligible to purchase products using the COD mode of payment. You need to have specific Pincodes in order to avail the COD. Axiomlooks.com might not deliver products with COD options in several locations. It is therefore requested to input the Pincode of your address before placing the order and find out whether you can avail Cash on Delivery option or not.
Is it mandatory to have an account and shop on axiomlooks.com?
Yes, it is absolutely necessary to have an axiomlooks.com account in order to shop. You have to log into your account for a seamless and secure shopping experience. It might not a mandatory option, but if you want a fast and convenient shopping, you must shop via the axiomlooks.com account. Moreover, you will also have an access to customized shopping with the inclusion of the recommendations based on your shopping history and faster check-out as well.
Can I order an item that is “temporarily unavailable” or “out of stock”?
The items that are listed as “temporarily unavailable” or “out of stock” are not accessible for sale. You need to use the “notify me” feature so that you get a notification from the sellers of the axiomlooks.com regarding the availability of products.
Why do I need to pay a delivery charge?
In order to ship some items, it costs the sellers. Hence, they opt to include the delivery charges on certain items. The delivery charges are often forfeited by some sellers when you shop with them for a specific amount of order. In order to get more information on the same, you must visit the individual seller’s policy.
Why does every seller vary estimated delivery timing?
The estimated time as shown by the sellers vary based on several factors like:
- The availability of the product
- The location of the seller
- Your delivery location
- The time taken by the courier partner
You can check the estimated delivery time for your geographical location by entering the Pincode on the product pages.
